    Very friendly, helpful and great team
    The good thingsVery friendly and helpful team. It's fantastic platform to discover ones strengths and abilities. I've learned a lot and have always have the right guidance.
    The challengesThe only challenge I face is location. As a working mother, I sometimes have to fetch and send my kids to school. Due to the project location too far from home and school is a challenge for me.

    The challengesworking in 5.5 days a week, i am looking for new environment with working for 5 days a week and also to get the better salary. Indeed, this is good company i ever been, but i would like to take other opportunity if i have the chance and try something new.

    The good thingsFriendly working environment. The management is quite keen on having the workforce regularly work on their qualifications which is endeavoured as a positive progress for the staff. There is a good mix of different nationalities with zero office politics at practice. Looking at how Telford has progressed in the last ten years, this is the place to be!
    The challengesA competitive salary would make things more interesting. Though the platform is set for the juniors, more gurus are needed to guide them.
