    Great to get the oppurnites to learn new role after graduating in other background.
    The good thingsI’ve been with the company for a year now in the Admin/Accounts department. Even without a background in this role, the management gave me a chance and provided me with constant support. ​ The work culture is excellent—management is efficient, very helpful, and open to feedback. I truly appreciate the trust they have placed in me and the opportunity to learn a new skill set from scratch. It is a fantastic place to grow professionally.

These activities help to strengthen teamwork and create a strong bonding among staff. Overall, this is a great company to work with. I have received a 6.5% salary increment along with a bonus of 2.5 months of basic salary, which truly reflects the company’s appreciation for employees’ contributions.
