    The good thingseasy to learn everything because all the staff members are easy to teach and guide.The working area are very comfortable and suitable with all the person that want to start the first career.
    The challengeshandle job from the beginning until the end with the quality level to achieve as a QA/QC inspector. Cooperate with subcontractor also are challenges while working.

    The challengesin my opinion, this company must have medical banefit for children and a wife . The annual activity hosted a family day for employees eg be held bg bridge the gap between employees . workers should also be focused on point again to improve the quality and product quality will be produced.
