    There is no work-life balance
    The good things1. Salary on time. 2. Clients are high profile companies.
    The challenges1. Poor flow during hiring process. 2. No response when email them. 3. Empty promises about increment and bonus. 4. Give average salary because tasks are few. But tasks will increasing from time to time, that you feel you should get double payment. 5. If your contract ended, you will have difficulties in renewing it.

    The challengesWhatever inquiry you asked will not reply promptly and they will not fully answer what you asked. The interviewer even not knowing about the full job details and they just want to get candidate to sign up with them.

    The good thingsThe managing director is a person with warm and passionate heart to help friends, however, he is not able to drive the company for optimal performance due to losing sight on how to groom and taking care of employees with right skills and development plan with the company
    The challengesToo many expats from India which is not able to visualize the IT requirement and needs in the market. Client need to have a mix of workforce from different races, diversity is not really taken care of. They hired operations director to transform the company but failed due to operation director not able to take care of existing resources. Employee do not have a specific goals to grow and developed themselves. Lack of high skilled worker to champion the solution and proposal, there are cases of intelligence violence, the experience and skills are not able to distribute and share among the team, company failed to leverage skills and experience from individual.

    The good thingsThey help a lot when we are based with client, HR department helps a lot in processing the payroll swiftly when in need
    The challengesThey could use cloud based attendance sheet besides manual attendance sheet and could gave out payment according to client payroll disburse date which makes it faster for client based staff.

    Dream Came True
    The good thingsThey gave me training before i attending the real interview with client. All the advise and tips really helped me a lot and finally i got the job without waiting for a long time. The hiring agent always approach me and asking if i need anything and every time i have some problem they immediately give the respond and they gave me the best solution.
    The challengesSo far so good. I never had any difficulties liaise with my hiring agent. Everything went well and they would not let me face any hard time and difficulties. They will help me how to handle any kind of situations and encounter all the problems and i was really motivated with their positive aura and all the staffs are very awesome.

    The good thingsGreat benifits, great environment. All staff are polite and very supportive. Great teamwork to solve the problem and lots of idea share with all workers. Easy to communicate with employer and other people at the company. Great to working here.
    The challengesThe it asset are not updating, the challenging is they dont have proper IT asset listing to check wheter the asset is still in use or been thrown away.
