    Great Place to Learn and Develop
    The good thingsCaring & Attentive Employer and Colleagues. There's not much politics going on so quite good. It's a good starting point for your career if you're worried about not having experience at all. You'll get to know the development process from start till end, depending on which stage of the job you're in or doing. Flexible work hours if you have kids. Tough chance of getting external training but you'll have to fight for it. Great team work and you'll have the opportunity to discuss with your colleagues if you're stuck with certain problems.
    The challengesFor engineering depending on which stage you're at, it sucks a bit cause you don't get to have overtime pay. You do get to turn your overtime into leaves but you need to use it within 3 months otherwise you work for free.

    Collaborate with colleagues in providing test tooling solutions for semiconductor industry.
    The good thingsSupportive team members, good working environment, flexible working hours (applied only for certain department), provide a good technical knowledge in engineering design area (especially in mechanical scope) and also offer the experience of handling project starting from the design stage to buy off stage.
    The challengesvery short and in common lead time for some projects which lead to some design errors due to designers overlooked somethings during design checking, incompetent manufacturing capabilities which lead to out of spec parts produced in every project and do not have R&D Department to cater prototype design of the products.
