    The good thingsThe colleagues are very nice and understanding. The managers are very patient and wiling to teach. Learn a lot of things and the workplace culture is friendly and collaborative.

    The challengesHaving top management cursing destroys morale, good employees leave often and turnover for the company is ridiculous. They don't appreciate their employee at all. Weird implementation for policy which make employee not comfortable
