    This company has great potential for growth, but it’s crucial to prioritize staff welfare. To ensure sustainability, addressing key issues like staff concerns and operational foundations should come first.
    The good thingsI've gained a wealth of knowledge while working in this company, as it is still in its early stages. Being part of a new organization has allowed me to experience the challenges and excitement of building processes and systems from the ground up. It has provided me with opportunities to enhance my problem-solving skills, take on diverse responsibilities, and grow both personally and professionally. I truly value the learning curve and the insights I've gained in this dynamic environment
    The challengesOne of the challenges of working in a company at this early stage is navigating the process of defining its actual mission and vision. With so much focus on internal development, there are still ongoing issues that need to be resolved, such as matters related to KWSP, SOCSO, and salary adjustments after confirmation.
