A fast paced environment with limited trainingThe good thingsSalary is indeed high, the work culture is really good. TI is known for its ethics, where they even have few sharing session of non-ethical behavior and ways to overcome them. Everyone is treated equally, even the intern is also required to do presentation in front of the MD. Can be said as a team that focus on professionalism and perfection.
The challengesIt was hard to cope, as i was the only one that is different from my team. Making friend was hard, never ending task with multiple meetings and presentation with tight deadline , at the same time replying the 100 over emails . 8 working hours was merely enough .
