    Toxic environment ,safety very poor,,they hire people that don't to do their work,..lazy people working inside just like to pass work to other departments to do their work like It person...and other more...good working hour and off day.
    The good thingsGot food allowance ,shifts and medical card family
    The challengesMultitasking is very bad here need to separate the get better environment working place...lot of people resigns due to no proper sop to do work...

    Good Place To Work and challenges you to learn and grow
    The good thingsI had a good team then. Direct team mates were helpful and there was good cohesiveness within the department. I built relationship with staffs of other dept aside from my direct stakeholders and they were reasonably helpful. I believe the MD cared for the staffs as i don't hear any retrenchment happening from TFAMD.
    The challengesCo-operation between dept could be improved but nothing too alarming.

    The challengesEveryone is too busy till unable to assists you clearly/ giving u clear picture, u need to solved it urself. And there no time to rest, too many processing job, tight deadline , no work life balance, sometime u might work your own during weekend as too many task The amount of work ≠ amount paid to my salary

    Poor Working Environment
    The good thingsGood thing. Nice offer but the reality very worst.
    The challengesCompany not really consistent with their decision. From 1st to 2nd interview, offered as level 2 engineer, 3rd interview downgrade to junior engineer and need to report to someone with lack of experience. Need to work during weekend. Need to work overtime up to 10 pm. No consistent decision made in team when have an issue. Old folks not really ready to move with new system and requirement. No trust among team.

    Not a good place to work anymore. not like before.
    The good thingsHigh OT rate and work life balanced. can learn a lot of new things.
    The challenges12 hour shift with short breaktime( 100 minutes per day), you will get a warning letter if over breaktime, even if just 1 minutes(you need to run during break). management doesn't care what their employee had been through, they only think about output. everything seems urgent and always rushing.
