    Good for learning, but not recommended to stay longer
    The good thingsSalary offer above average, benefits is good. Can learn a lot of new things related to wafer level advanced packaging.
    The challengesDont have proper system as this is a startup company in Batu Kawan. People doing lots of manual jobs. Environment quite stressful. Most top management are from China, so do expect working culture same like China which is terrible for a MNC company (US/Europe MNC working culture are the best). Previously many people resigned due to bad management direction from Directors.
