    The good thingsFriends here are very helpful and the supervisors are so nice. They were very understanding. If we have something come up that makes us take a leave, we can't simply talk to the supervisor about our problems. Then, the supervisor will arrange the schedule back to find someone to replace our positions. That's all from me, thank you very much. Bye.
    The challengesAs I remember, there's nothing weaknesses or challenges during my jobs here. Everything's okay and I really love it. I enjoy work here and I really miss my workmates here.

    The challengesBecause bad management from top management and there is no experienced team leader in the department. Therefore, no guidelines to be referred especially during the problems come up from the report. This is because the temporary leader can't handle this problems.
