    Good place to learn
    The good thingsVery supportive manager, yet still compare your work with other pesonnel same level with you. Flexible attendance, easily discusses with top management regarding work and problem.
    The challengesUnderpower, be sure not to show all your capabilities, in the end you will do everything not under your work scope. Your admin is too lazy to communicate with Boss of anything you asked her about working hour etc Must control you emotion to control subordinate. It is possible for your subordinate to overshadow your work with boss, and scolded you. Must endure that.
