    Working experience
    The good thingsI learn so much things about hotel account, hotel management and how a hotel running the bussines. Also gain new experience in dealing with customer and also suplier as we order goods from them. A new experience that include in my experience
    The challengesIn a hotel or all services company, staff is the most important roles in running the bussines. Please and please put the staff priority and charity in the top level. As staff never complain working more than 8 hours without earning any overtime allowance.
