If you care about your mental health, your family life and wellbeing - stay away from them!
The good thingsfully remote role which is a great benefit nowadays.
The challengesDisorganized management with little regard for employees. There's a noticeable lack of support, and they have no hesitation in shifting blame onto others, all while expecting continued motivation. This reflects one of the most discouraging company mindsets I've ever experienced.

    Great place to start!
The good thingsYou will get lots of exposure and it's crucial to kick start your career. The company will do everything they can to help you from soft skill course to one to one session aiming to help you integrate. More and more benefit and perks been introduced every financial year and it will grow more. You will have freedom to build up your career and you can have your own path. Promotion is never a problem. This is not a classic company with classic bosses. Here, everyone is their own manager and leader!
The challengesChallenging software and clients to support. You will have challenging time in the beginning but it will be worth it. Working hours is also challenging but as we continue to grow, there are much more potential.

Existing Products are so so only
The good thingsFor some departments such as sales and presales, they can work from home
The challengesNot a technology centric company, they just buy over the established company/ products, not so much focus on software engineering, never try to make it better

The good thingsWe give back to society via Sage Foundation and we have 5 volunteer days leave for each employee. There's a balance between work and play.
The challengesAs any other global company, there's always rapid changes and some like it and some don't. I for one love changes and find that challenges at work motivate me.

    Experience the open space office.
The good thingsWe celebrate colleagues birthday and have some festival activity. we can claim the late dinner if you willing to stay back to work. i like the casual environment. in Friday, you can wear casual jeans or T-shirt to work. other day, you can simply wear the company Collar Polo shirt to work. Working in weekend allow to get extra 1 day holiday. Now we have a coffee machine, you can in office free flow the coffee, it make you more productive
The challengesWorking in weekend you have to wear much casual. there is no aircond in office, you have to use Mini USB fan. other than that. the open space concept office like no much privacy,

    impossible kpi to achieve
The good thingsgood salary, friendly colleagues, variety of lunch restaurants to choose from, near to public transport, 2 days weekend off, office hours, great facilities, up to date computer accessories, google-like workplace environment, casual dress everyday, flexible lunch hour.
The challengeskpi, kpi, kpi. need to provide good and quality service and at the same time, achieve the targeted kpi assigned, which is downright impossible to do. the lack of staffs plays a huge factor on this matter. quite a big turnover. the instructions given by senior were very unclear, and customer had already waited for immediate assistance. need to act fast independently. no one will get in touch with you unless you are already in a heap of trouble. this will negatively affect your mental and motivation to work hard.

Great Place To Start and Beyond
The good thingsThe Company that believes in individual , helps to identify talents and skills and most importantly recognize and appreciate it. Provide opportunity / training to enhance the team. Importance of team work is highly emphasized in each department as the company believes Team Work Works. The company take serious consideration on the needs of the employees and create great environment to work!!
The challengeswhen initially joined the company It was a little challenging to blend in to this new culture in the beginning but surely after few months, it being to make sense. The challenge here was always keep analyzing yourself and keep improving, even that the company helps by proving additional motivation and skill courses. One should always find challenge to find the job interesting.
