    The good thingsThe Management of The Andaman are very human centric and put great effort to retain their staff. This is an equal opportunity employer and treat all staff equal regardless of rank, race, religion and gender. We work as a team. Huge potentials to grow with the organization if you have what it takes to be a leader.
    The challengesVery high but achievable target are normal expectation but getting old dog to learn new tricks can be quite a challenge to any management personnel. Keeping pace with technology is a must but opting for upgrade, procurement of new tech and hardware steep cost can be understandably slow and disappointing at times.

    The good thingsA beautiful environment to work and stay. World class facilities combine with the best Asian hospitality and tantalizing food and beverages accompanied by the occasional visits of the indigenous wild life. The office view could not get any better with the cleanness air to breath. Nestled at the edge of the rain forest over looking the Datai Bay gives this work place a unique selling point for any employee. The Andaman also gives its inhabitants a unique opportunity to save and preserve the vast reef of coral damaged by the 2006 tsunami .
    The challengesThe location is far from civilization and is a major drawback for the employees.
