    The challengesIf immediate supervisor views you as a treat, they will have no qualms in making your life difficult, in fact up to the point of alienating you and if this does not work, terminate you.

    The good thingsSame team of buddies works well together. Certain people in the office are really concern, care and support each other.
    The challengesNo proper support from the support channel. Majority of the top people does not what actually goes on with the employees. Many employees are overworked. No proper distribution of work . Statement on 'how can I help, share with me your working problems, etc' are being uttered with no sincerity at all.
