    The good thingsBenefits - from smallest to biggest benefits such as medical insurance (there are companies who are not providing this!), yearly increment, Admin Friday Breakfast 2 times in a month.. good times with everyone!
    The challengesNo nearest public transport to the school. Need to use Grab or use own transport. But free parking, so its fine!

    Good Experience but a lot of politics drama
    The good thingsI enjoyed my day and gained the skill of knowledge. It is a good place to grow yourself. Develop yourself to be mature and strong to face challenges.
    The challengesA lot of political drama, the yearly increment is good for certain departments and bootlickers, and no more free lunches. Salary scale is not the same as job responsibility.

    The challengesNo progress as no promotion for positions here. No matter how long u are working, you still be stay in same position. No bonus and very less increment!

    Bad Management. Unqualified HOD.
    The good thingsFree lunch and high salary
    The challengesEverything. Teachers are pampered and rude. Terrible management. No training provided and treat locals especially admin staff so bad. No increment for 2 years and no bonus. Medical benefits is also bad. Employment are based on contract.

    The good thingsEnvironment, My Team, Other Teams, Everything about the work place is very good. Flexible and most important is Head of the department and school Principal very easy to work with.

    The challengesEmployee has no voice in this company. No matter what employee has in mind, it would all be rejected.
