    Great Place for Innovation
    The good thingsThis a great place to be. Learn new and ground breaking things. The team is agile and the leadership team is very supportive in new ideas. They keep pushing the boundary and limits.
    The challengesThey are innovative. Have to learn and perform in super speed. This place is good for people who likes to exciting things. Not for people who want just a 9-5 job.

    The good thingsNothing good to write about this company. There were some great colleagues, but they were all pressured to leave.
    The challengesMismanagement has resulted in many resignations, retrenchment, and pay cuts despite having a steady stream of business.

    The good thingsSome great colleagues but all have left
    The challengesSenior leadership is incompetent and unprofessional. Consistent failure to pay staff, clueless when it comes to running a Data Science capability in a real client. They talk about being agile, clueless and random is more appropriate! I am an employer of data scientists in ASEAN, do not work here if want a career as a data scientist.

    Learn something new everyday!
    The good thingsData science is an emerging industry so it is exciting to be part of the journey and mission. You are given room not only to grow but experiment with creative ideas to see what works and what doesn't. Leaders and the CEO are open to viable suggestions, they encourage open discussion on anything.
    The challengesNot a place for those who want to work in the daily grind of usual boring tasks. Very fast paced and sometimes you will be thrown a project that will force you to sink or swim. A small company with strong gossip culture but if you ignore it, you can go far.

    Leave as soon as you get a better career opportunity
    The good thingsMedical Insurance, flexible working hours (even though not really flexible), business casual outfit. The working space is nice and cosy. You will enjoy the open space of the working area and free foods in the pantry.
    The challengesThe management decides your career path, you do not really have a choice and they make decisions for you. The management thinks they really know what they want even though they do not know what they want. They keep on promoting training classes to the clients even though they can make money from advisory and the data scientist can do more than just giving training.
