    Good place to grow yourself
The good thingsThis is a good place to grow and groom yourself. Small company but enjoyable. There is no layer between you and the top management.
The challengesHigh staff turnover due to insufficient projects.

    unorganized
    The good thingssimple organization structure
The challengesIt's a project mgmt company but hardly see PMP holders; Political play by some bigshots; very unorganized in employee talent mgmt; poor biz strategy (relying on sole client for revenue); many highly experienced staff (from MNC..etc) have left, remaining mostly inexperienced junior staff. Not recommended for experience PMs. Could be a stepping stone for junior executive though.

The good thingsI like the incoming projects and challenges. There is so much opportunities in growing technical and experiences in project and strategic thinking. The diversity of employees and able to communicate with top management without heavy hierarchical process. The openness in making everything happen.
The challengesThe recruitment decision should be made openly to avoid political assumptions and territorial leadership. With no job description, one has to struggle in choosing the right stream to work with, or else ended up in some ugly bad leader.

    Great place for career development
The good thingsSince the company is growing, you have every opportunity to diversify your skills and gradually progress the learning curve.
The challengesWhen you chosen to be part of an engagement/project, instead of putting more resources to be in the project so that work can be segregated properly, they expect a person to do multiple person's jobs. It is both good and bad for you. Furthermore, the company spends a lot on marketing and events which are not necessarily cost-effective and have low ROI.
