    Peace and Friendly Environment
    The good thingsWork life balance- The office is not allow to OT and you can enjoy family time during weekend without any disturb from the work. Friendly Colleague- The colleague like family members and no need to worry about the unfriendly working environment.
    The challengesMultitasking- Every department might only handle by one person. Have to know how to manage own work flow. Company culture- Company might need time to have jump-start due to the environment of the company like going retirement stage.
