    Interesting green resort to work! The more challenges more you can learn
    The good thingsThe staff were good and working as a team. No matter how bad the day can be, all can be done when you have a great team. The best practice on the green resort. The owner vision on green resort interesting
    The challengesThe management need to relook on staff welfare and appreciate the staff hard work when the team can overcome the hardest challenges even though not enough staff, lack of good facilities. They are doing the best they can with the condition of the old property. Hire more staff for housekeeping with a good quality HOD and provide clean, comfortable housekeeping department, not a run down place with broken windows. Guest can see whenever they walk in front the housekeeping department. Pressure new head when they just start not a good thing, to clean and tidy whole department paperwork/staffing etc when everything not in place need a time. I'm not from housekeeping but i can see every struggles. The other department still manageable. Improve the facilities and room condition.

    The good thingsNew experience on the green resort and chance to involve with the player around the island.
    The challengesManagement will not value their staff. You will not have a healthy self development. Job scope is to general and you cannot focuses on your task as you will have to do other people task as well. Unhealthy environment with the bad management. Please prepare your mental to be here. They always send your a warning letter without following the formal procedure

    The good thingsFull support if want to test or do experiment in landscape and environment activities to enhance better look of garden in resort and increase awareness to reduce pollution between guest and staff in the resort. Gain new experience when you are allowed to involved a lot of green campaign and seminar as a resort representative.
    The challengesBest challenge in the company when you have to communicate and meet up with guest to get their feedback about their stay when you are shy person. But best experience ever that you don't get at other places.

    A Great Place to Learn Something New!
    The good things1) The management are very friendly as well as the other personnel from other department. 2) Love the environment of the resort as well as their green management. 3) Love their conservation practices mainly in their very own 4R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle & Rethink).
    The challenges1) Weather condition (Could be rainy nor sunny day) where I as a concierge have to go through those mentioned weather condition when I steering the trolley (with guest luggage on it) while assisting them to their respective room. 2) Encountered an unexpected room faulty almost several times in a month upon assisting guest to their rooms where it cause me have to go back to the front desk to ask for any room available to move the guest and call-up maintenance nor housekeeping (in the aspect of cleanliness) to follow-up with the situations. 3) The management should increase their manpower especially in the Housekeeping (which cause the room is not fully-ready for guest to go in - the most often thing happened daily depending on the occupancy rate of the day) Restaurant (Floor attendant is not enough to attend to guest inquiries during busy time) and Front Office department (Causing the guests have to queue in the line to proceed with check-in, guests with inquiries nor incoming calls to be picked up) 3) The management should be open to accept nor hear the opinions of their personnel in the aspect of materials or stuffs needed in daily operation issued by the personnel. As an example, Front Office concierge is really need another big trolley in case of busy period.

    The challengesPoor and inexperience Top Management (HOD) - need to improve it to make better working life for line staff. Poor Staff Welfare due to inexperience HR Team - need to improve it. Poor Accounting records - i trying to clear 2015 wrong posting and make the accounts true and fair view.
