    Interesting workplace to gather experiences
The good thingsFlexible and freedom to work under min supervision, in the other words, we have to be very independently in handling tasks given. It's very interesting and fun work place to explore more and gain working experiences in different scope of work. Good indeed.
The challengesLess of guidance which mean we need to sort out thing by independently. But when come to certain circurmstance we actually need to get advise or guidance rather than be 'single fighter'. Though, the good side is getting more opportunities for self development and upgrade our problem solving skill.
