A positive working environment really depends on who you work with, and I’m lucky to have teammates and leaders who are not only supportive, but also genuinely caring. The relationships I’ve built with my colleagues and leaders have made my overall experience a great one. I’ve always felt trusted in my work, and that trust gave me the space to grow, take initiative, and learn leadership and team management. Because of the people and the strong culture of mutual respect, this job has been one of the most valuable learning experiences for me.
The challengesWhen I first joined, the lack of solid SOPs and clearly defined processes made things a little difficult to navigate, especially as someone new to the field. I had to learn everything from the ground up, which was challenging, but having a supportive team and leaders who actively guided me made a huge difference. Over time, I was able to contribute to building and aligning the processes, which not only solved many of the initial issues but also became a key part of my personal growth. There is still room to improve the structure and workflows, but it’s heading in a good direction.
