The place to learn and grow
The good thingsThe moment I was hired and was shown my office cubicle, my fellow subordinates, Director and staff were all very welcoming and supportive. They have helped me tremendously in making me be familiar with my job scope and in fact, gave me some time to adapt. They enabled me to shadow them at work so I would be given the opportunity to better understand my position.
The challengesThe only thing I can think of is the use of English language. Most of the staff possesses low command of the language. However, this would hopefully be resolved as they are looking forward to hold English language lessons after office hours and most of them have expressed their enthusiasm!
