    The good thingsGood working environment with colleagues. Not much politic with same peer.
    The challengesDemanding management with irrational targets giving. Sky high figure for the team to achieve. Conclusion, will deduct your commission even its already so low compare with others. If you are looking for good increment or good fortune. Here is not the place.

    Good to have an experience in TOA
    The good thingsI would say that I do really learn alot things at here from Nothing to something in my management, planning & communication skill and etc. Colleagues are friendly. Work flow and tasks are actually quite easy to handle just to follow the flow and ISO. Management is considered systematic. I'm lucky to have chance work here and guided by a good leader and senior.
    The challengesThe challenges is no challenges when you working long here. Multitasking is really required here no matter how. Some hardworking staffs are really giving the best thing to company but dont seems to be appreciated by the company (what i have seen).

    The good thingsGood things are the people, the colleagues, and the opportunity to learn new things and advancing my knowledge and ideas to contribute the the IT Facilities of this company. The management, the HOD of ITD also guided me to fully utilize my skills and my capability to help transform the I.T. in that company. My strong technical and analytical thinking in solving problem are my key strength while keeping myself updated with the latest technology and Cybersecurity knowledge and information.

    Good experience with great knowledge on solving design problems
    The good thingsmeet new people during events and i have boosted up my confidence in meeting clients and coordinating design ideas with my boss. I have done lots of cooperate events and wedding events that thus changed my life to be a better person in organizing in any tasks given.
    The challengeslots and lots of Multitasking work. ON-TIME submissions...worked at home to get the presentations done on time even-tho theres no extra pay for that.

    The challengesClustered means the college is in one location but Clustered in many different parts of Sunway Metro. You have the flexibility to learn in a college that's in a bustling busy lively public vicinity. Pick and choose where you want to eat, drink, buy your Stationary especially etc and even shopping. WhIchig other college offers this type of environment.

    The good thingsThe management really care for staff. Even though the new branch is losing money because its was just open, bonus and benefit is still there for the staff and the management keep trying to give the best working environment for the staff.
    The challengesThe more you show what you are capable off, the management will give you the new job scope with a real reward if you able to manage the new job scope, but sometimes its really pressure.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues who are willing to guide and share their experiences. Ready support from own and other departments regarding own job and events. Compared to more well known institutions nearby, much less office politics Ones efforts are seen and appreciated by management.

    Multitasking in a College
    The good thingsWhat motivates me to work well and continue to keep the job is the good boss who understands working relationships and discourage conflict or internal politics. The work itself is enjoyable just as good as the pay, though it's important that if you have the determination, you'll do a good job. As this is a college, you get to interact with students too, graduation events & showcase free to attend.
    The challengesThe challenge is obviously multitasking, as my workplace don't get a lot of international enquiries,I am tasked with administration, student feedback surveillance as well as exam unit.Exam Unit must always plan carefully and make sure the procedures are followed correctly.Student Feedback is hard work in both going to classes as well as compiling the data. My job is also solo, rarely with partners
