An Experience That Depends on How You See It
The good thingsSome colleagues are very willing to share their knowledge and experience, which makes the job more enjoyable. At the same time, every workplace has its dynamics, and you’ll quickly learn how to navigate them.
The challengesLunch time is officially one hour, though how you spend it may be NOTICED. Many of us prefer going out for lunch, which also gives a short break from the office environment. When it comes to outstation trips, be prepared for early starts and long days. Even if you begin your journey before office hours, you will still have the chance to spend more time with everyone back at the office after returning. As for the bosses, they can be very encouraging at times, while at other times they may challenge you in different ways. It really keeps the experience balanced. For those involved in student recruitment, the process can be quite unique. It’s not uncommon for others to notice who you speak with and later question you about it, which can feel challenging at times since there isn’t a clear system in place.
