    The good thingsTo prevent overspending, split your salary into two payments. On weekends, you have to answer calls and rush to complete reports.
    The challengesThere are no clear instructions from management, and many things need to be kept confidential. Information is not openly shared with everyone. Salary increments are minimal unless you mention you have a good opportunity elsewhere; only then will they consider giving you more.

    The good thingsExcellent managements, managers, understanding supervisors who are eager to teach you fine dining service skills to match up to their standards. (Since it was during CNY peak period). Lots of opportunities to service customers from plethora of backgrounds
