A bad choice of place to work at unless you are truly desperate. Even so, you can't hold on for long.
The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly, and some students are good to you. The only way you can survive is because of the colleagues. They try to include you in everything and even help you out in tough situations.
The challengesManagement is quite bad, one day they want something done in a way then the next day they'll want it done in a different way. Its a family company, so a lot of emotions going around the management itself - lack of trust between family themselves, so imagine how it impacts the staff.

The challengesWorking with stupid management, worst I ever worked with. They never know what they want, and they expected people to help the college growth without any guidance. It's a family business, you better seeks for another place to work

The good thingsOpportunities to innovate and create new frameworks and methodologies. Good insights into the sales segment of the industry and it has allowed me to improve my personal skills and management.
The challengesShould have better opportunities in terms of career development and pathway. Better work life integration would be a good - plus, remuneration package may not match with the level of responsibilities.

    Nothing special!
The good thingsFriendly colleague ( not all). Cheap food at canteen.
The challengesThere a lot of unqualified staff (trainer and admin) be working there. This problem create a bad image among students. They also need to improve a lot on facilities because the tuition doesn't justify the value.
