    I like do work at here because when i do in housekeeping department everyday meet with guest and communicate each other . I like communicate with people so i hope get the oppurtunity to apply this job as a front office department .
    The good thingsAll staff are friendly and good in helping on work . All facilities for staff is good . The hotel is very nice and have natural environment .
    The challengesOverall enjoy working at Ritz Carlton but have one thing i am not enjoy because i cant stay a long because i just do only internship at this hotel .

    Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. Administering check-ins and check-outs. Providing front desk services to guests. Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties. Delivering mail and messages. Processing guest payments. Coordinating with bell service and staff management. Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice. Processing meal and beverage requests. Accommodating general and unique requests. Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.

    The good thingsThe surrounding of the work that is around nature and also working in an environment where most of the team members treat each other like their own family member. Other than that, you will be given the opportunity to grow and also learn on developing new skills which will be good for your own portfolio.
    The challengesThe communication between some of the team members from other divisions or between line staff and the management. Besides that, sometimes the decisions that management made could be a little bit confusing which will not be good for the line staff as they would pretty much be affected by it and also the execution of the decision would be completed with a few glitches.
