    The good thingsHad great working environment that can be fit in which easier to tolerate and cooperate among the staffs. Such a beautiful and luxurious place to be experience for both staffs and guests.It creates lot of fun and comforts anyone entering this hotel.
    The challengesUpper management involvement sometimes could be less benefit to the workers. Privacy and personal matter should be has their own boundaries that we should respect. Respects and tolerance are very important to me.
