A good place to learn while gaining experience
The good thingsThe colleagues here are very friendly. You can learn many things including increasing your memory skill, classroom setup, event management, and so on.
The challengesIt is quite difficult to take leave on weekends since it will be a working day for the company. You must have great patience to face any challenges from the child's learning to understanding their behaviour. As for the workload, it depends on the task you were in charge of.

Well recognised Programm to offer good opportunity to learn
The good thingsNothing comes free. If you want to be rewarded, you have to put in effort & commitment. Not many other company will offer promotion or a huge jump in salary to those just finished their first working year, the first year is nothing, so I would give myself time to outshine myself here!
The challengesMult-tasking. If you are willing to, you will be getting to expose yourself to different duties & tasks where you will be able to gain great experience from here. For those who can't accept challenges, they will see this as stressful job!

Good learning experience and exposure to parenting and early childhood education
The good thingsInteresting learning programe that you will come to discover as you go through the training, but don't have too much expectation on further career growth & to have encouraging support from the leadership of the company
The challengesNo medical benefits, and no standardized training procedures & promotional pathway that guarantees an instructor job security and further growth in the training field

    The Brain things
The good thingsYou'll get to improve yourself in so many things from the teaching skills up until self-learning. You'll never know that you are learning and improving yourself there. You'll learn how to handle kids, babies, and as well as the \"kiasu\" parents. Not to mention that you'll need to learn to release yourself from stress while you are in the classroom. Overall, this is the place where you can groom.
The challengesIt will always be the weekends job. you'll need to sacrifice your weekend time with your loved one. The preparation part for the classrooms as well might trigger your passion whereby you need to finish your task before you'll leave. Furthermore, your leave will always be 3 months once (term break). That's how you manage your time.

    Great experience =)
The good thingsGreat place to learn and grow! The best place to learn about brain training for babies and the method really works! Is a lifelong skills and knowledge where you can rarely get it elsewhere & you yourself can apply to your own child too so is definitely worth it! The first hand experience with babies and the smile on their face seeing them enjoying the class will give you the ultimate satisfaction!
The challengesThe only drawback is the super heavy workload and you need to be physically fit or energetic since you might need to move a lot in class. Parents that sit in the class might cause you to feel stress too but is a great opportunity for you to learn to build bonding with them.
