    The good thingsStaffs are friendly and you are able to express yourself on your work if you brave enough to fight the stream.
    The challengesTo many things to be corrected. Strata status is not easy to deal with tenants nor the landlords. The mall was once an icon but going dull after the covid. The commitees is expecting 5-stars changes overnight without considering the mall current status and competitions. Few of the staff use their power to show-off and to control everything eventough not under her responsibility.
