    A different experience
    The good thingsThe management treat good rewards to employee can perform on job. Overall good benefit and bonus to employee. Good career development in the company as management is willing to accept and promote outperform employee who can deliver their job. The employer have a very structured vision and mission to achieve, they are very strong management in terms of corporate development.
    The challengesToo structure management, should give more freedom for employee. The company should have listen voices & suggestion especially young generation, they will bring colorful ideas, energetic, dynamic ideas to the company. Too many unnecessary rules and regulation implemented in the company is the largest challenges to the employee who works there, that's create a fears more than respect for employee.

    A bitter sweet memory & an eye-opener
    The good thingsEverything is in order for a new employee to come to work (the ID card, orientation kit, office equipment and supplies). It's easier to complete your daily tasks as efficiency is this company's priority. The office environment is also very good and my colleagues are very helpful and friendly.
    The challengesSince efficiency and completing your tasks quickly is top priority, error is not an option. Any mistake will be on you. Quite stressful if one just started to adopt to a new routine. There's also little room for developing your career. Leeway is scarce (for my post) and I felt sympathy towards staff is rarely considered. Wage is high but your work amount also doubled (sometimes tripled).

    The good thingsI am a fresh graduates who seeking her 1st time experience in working industries. Yet, im very thankfull this company willing to accept me as their workers eventhought im still lack of experience.I understand, different organisation might have different style of management skills.So do this company.I respect every single rules & regulation provided & the good things is u learn from ur mistakes!
    The challengesCase report for sure! You will surely know what is mean by CR once you entered this company. Why i called it as challenges because you will know what kind of mistakes you have been done at a while & the mistakes will undergo a process that we calles DC meeting where every single CR will be conclude. So its either you are wrong or not, be ready to face the results!

    The good thingsFor learning process, this company is a good platform for new graduate to develop new skill, discipline our self & be punctual person. Also this company is certified with ISO, which is all the work procured is under one handbook.
    The challengesThis company applied the case report term, where causes major problem to most of employee. Also I quite disagree where some of public holiday is not declared in this company, so we have to work on public holiday as usual.

    The good thingsWorking in the said company is good for fresh graduate candidates to gain the valuable working experiences such as time management (every job task have a time frame need to comply), efficiency (able to adopt new management systems/style in a short period) and communication skills (how to present yourself to the BOD.
    The challengesNot recommended for the experience candidates.Current practice, the framework of the company is drastically changing from time to time by the management without further study or research. The turnover employees is so high. The outstanding works handed over from one person to other person (repeated over and over) might affects the quality of the works.
