    The challengesIncreasing market shares and minimal resources to achieve great results. Positive and Negative pressures. Diversity of the business takes time to centralize corporate culture and practices. Multitasking and required to support outside of departmental functions. Lack of Research and Development due to R&D functions is located in UK. Local product enhancement would took quite some time to finalize.
