    The good thingsFull of resources if you assigned for a project works. If you are manager, you will have full authority on your hand. It is up to you to make things run perfectly. Company not too much concern on how much money you spent for the project as long you deliver you task.
    The challengesSometimes over resources for one project. Make it difficult for you to manage. You should always communicate with top management to get clearer direction for your project.
