Luck is required more than Effort in this companyThe good thingsThe colleagues are pretty nice and friendly.
There are several projects available, and getting into the right ones can provide you with all the opportunities, promotions, and a better rate of increments.
The challengesHowever, it is out of your control which project you are getting into. Getting into the more unfortunate projects, even with similar or more effort put in, doesn’t get you anywhere close, next to no recognition and compensation.
At the same time, you are expected to take all the responsibilities pushed upon you, while only getting paid and recognized as a junior. You will also find yourself in tough times a lot as the managers, even when the issues and challenges are highlighted to them, take no action to solve the problems, and will only come out for damage control.
This kind of polarizing experience shows how incompetent and detached the management is. With all that said, I would not recommend this job to anyone unless you are prepared to wager your time and effort away.
