A good place to work with if you have a keen interest in loan origination systems.
The good thingsColleagues are friendly and training programs are available, which allows you to acquire expertise in the loan origination system.
The challengesBelow-average increments compared to the market rate. Challenging for individuals without an IT background and a strong interest in loan origination systems.

Good place to learn for Internship
The good things-WFH, only go to office every Monday, the rest of the week will work from home. -Senior nice and willing to teach you -Although under internship, they still provide Annual Leave
The challenges-Quite challenging since the system is a large and complicated, need some time to get familiar with the system -Although there are Confluence to share knowledge but some of the articles are outdated and not all can be found in Confluence, and may need to reach out senior for guidance

Luck is required more than Effort in this company
The good thingsThe colleagues are pretty nice and friendly. There are several projects available, and getting into the right ones can provide you with all the opportunities, promotions, and a better rate of increments.
The challengesHowever, it is out of your control which project you are getting into. Getting into the more unfortunate projects, even with similar or more effort put in, doesn’t get you anywhere close, next to no recognition and compensation. At the same time, you are expected to take all the responsibilities pushed upon you, while only getting paid and recognized as a junior. You will also find yourself in tough times a lot as the managers, even when the issues and challenges are highlighted to them, take no action to solve the problems, and will only come out for damage control. This kind of polarizing experience shows how incompetent and detached the management is. With all that said, I would not recommend this job to anyone unless you are prepared to wager your time and effort away.

This company's management is woefully inadequate, leading to a toxic work environment and a complete absence of opportunities for career development.
The good thingsMost of the colleague are really friendly and pantry food is good. Work from home is really a good culture, significant time savings so employee got more time and comfort to OT.
The challengesThe company's disregard the employee career development. There is a distinct lack of opportunities for growth or promotion in this company. It feels like a dead-end job with no possibility of advancement. Proving really least of training and course and employee lack of time to join it. It's evident that they have no interest in nurturing talent or providing a pathway for employees to progress their careers. The management does not concern the employee contributions. They consistently provide low increments and bonuses that identical to every employee, regardless of their level of responsibility or contribution. Hard work and effort put in by some employees being overshadowed by others who continuously shirk their responsibilities and messing around. l Strongly recommend anyone who considering joining this company to think twice.

Great Company If You To start With Low Salary and Super Low Increment
The good thingsWork from home is the only good thing
The challengesSuper low increment and very less bonus. Management want to ensure every employee is giving 100% efford but not willing to pay more for the increment and bonus. No future in this company, totally no opportunities for career development in this company.

Good place for growth but not a good place to stay
The good thingsSuitable for fresh graduate, because salary is average to market price, benefits is good, and training is provided. Able to gain new knowledge from this company.
The challengesIncrement is low if compare to others company but is acceptable. Management is poor on arrange the resources. Lack of challenges when you already worked for more than 2 years.

So so company that didn't have career prospect
The good thingsPantry and milk is good. Nothing special.
The challengesI did not enjoy working here. The words they say doesn't really meant what they say. There's no fair in this company. Training provided, but it's for the system years ago. No review after the training. If you joined the wrong team, you gotta learn from your mistake, no guidance will be provided to you if you don't ask.

3 Years BA, no career prospect
The good thingsTrying well to make company 'open' concept with big pantry, food, free seating, but not enough places for new hires / intern or more. Able to learn more about finance, bank, and also given a lot hands on.
The challengesNot enough seat, people mingle around to find seat if come late. 100 employee but only 50 seats. been here years but managers don't build your career. no one ever care and they just get their things done. management need better planning before getting new businesses which are not doable yet. There are big fishes out.

Work Life as a Business Analyst
The good thingsWork with a group of young and energetic colleagues. New challenges and opportunity to learn new knowledge from senior or managers. Not office based, site based which allow for a change of environment whe following up new projects.
The challenges- The benefits are not given as listed in the policy, beware. Leaves are freeze for a year 1 month upon joining. - Workload and time is not limited, the company is making use of every resource they have. Expect OT to 9pm as average guideline daily, and additional work on weekends (non reimbursed) - No pay adjustment or bonuses each year (show as no profit yearly despite the shear amount of work)

    Our cents in the office
The good thingsFreedom, staff doesn't require to wear business shirts unless is necessary (Well for BAs usually we meet customers, others are much more ease in the office). Staff gets free food from pantry, however we do segregates the fridge to respect our multi-religions friends. Working environments are improving as we are going forward to move into a new building with our own office.
The challengesNumber of people who doesn't work well here but i would say that's 1% of the total population. There are human interaction problem all around different industries but I would say at here you will see things differently. Working hours are usually log enough. I personally came into office 7am and usually leave 9pm or 10pm. Workloads are usually too much when we are still trying to get talents.

The good thingsBosses are good and kind. Well employees welfare are provided. Necessary working facilities are quite complete. Good exposure and training, company willing to spend money send staff for training and exposure. Overseas working opportunities are plenty as company mostly having overseas customers and projects especially in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and other Asia countries.
The challengesBalance working life style is yet to improve as staff are usually required to work long hour due to tight project deadline. Can be working on prolonging project timeline and putting more resources. Communication between management and staff is also needed to improve. Company also need to give focus direction in certain areas.

    Small Company Big Vision
The good thingsPantry for the new hire, after a while nothing much, pantry always under supply.
The challengesManagement indecisive, practices favoritism , enjoys making risky decision and ensure every employee suffers. Always assume minimal money solves problem. Does not envision its company vision. Very good from the first impression. However, once you are in it, you will soon discover that the its just a tip of an iceberg of disaster that is soon going to explode, with conflicting management and no gu
