The company encourages learning, ownership, and open communication.
The good thingsThe engineering team was collaborative and supportive, and I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that helped me grow both technically and professionally. Management was approachable, and feedback was generally constructive. Overall, it was a valuable experience that contributed a lot to my career development.

Valuable Learning Experience with Global Team Exposure
The good thingsA great place to learn and grow, with wide exposure to standard IT workflows and valuable guidance and advice in coding from the IT lead, which sharpened my technical knowledge. Great opportunity to work with colleagues from different countries, including Singapore and China, on various projects, and gained useful experience in insurance-related systems.
The challengesManagement should consider increasing employee engagement and motivation, as people are more motivated when they feel connected and valued. They should also create a working environment that helps employees feel like they belong.

    Great experience overall!
The good thingsBeginners have the opportunity to learn a lot. Intermediate/Senior roles can be challenging but manageable. Bonus is well paid according to the KPI. Supportive director and HR. Technical lead was one of the best Guru i had. Work load goes in cycles, sometimes high and sometimes low. Snacks and drinks provided. No one will disturb you after work hours. Good work life balance.
The challengesSmall office due to less number of employees(they are growing). Best place for introverts as office can be quiet, you can just focus on your job. Keep documenting your assignments (from who you got the work, whats the solution client agreed) and you will be fine.
