    Good environment
    The good thingsColleague n boss are very nice. We will discuss our problem and brainstorm to over come it. Senior will always guide us when we dont know what to do.
    The challengesNeed to have very good self discipline. Just like in college, if u didnot study, no people will scold u. Fully freedom is given to you. Really a good company to start with. You will learn a lot here.

    The challengesDealing with different kinds of people will sometimes make you stress. U have to find a good way to release your stress. As for me, when im stress, i sleep.
