    Good place to develop s/w development skills
    The good things1) Good place to build software development skill and experience in .NET. You will be a full stack engineer to work in all modules ( Website, WebAPI, WPF, WinForm, win. Service, FTP server and etc) 2) Expose to good coding practice following SOLID principles. 3) Project Timeline is reasonable and good work life balance. 4) Occasionally have company activities to keep staffs in group.
    The challenges1) Flat organization and limited career growth. 2) Limited exposure of web tech to ASP.NET webform only.
