THE BAD THING IS NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING AFTER ALL.The good thingsTHERE IS A LOT TO LEARN AND GAIN HERE. WHERE I REALLY GAINED A LOT SINCE BEING A TRAINEE AND BEING A FULL TIME STAFF. THE SUPPORT YOU'D GET FROM THE CHEF'S AND THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THEY CAN GIVE YOU IS REALLY MASSIVE.
The challengesTHE CHALLENGES OF WORKING HERE IS GOT TO GO THROUGH THE ROUGH HOURS OF NOT ENOUGH STAFFS TO COVER YOUR WORKING HOURS. AS I DID FOR NEARLY TWO MONTHS OF WORKING 12 HOURS EVERYDAY. BUT I REALLY ENJOYED THE PRESSURE AS IT PREPARES ME FOR FUTURE OUTCOMES. EACH AND EVERYDAY THERE IS DIFFERENT CHALLENGES THAT I GONE THROUGH. FROM COVERING OTHERS WORK TO HAVING A DINNER RUSH RIGHT AFTER YOU THINKING OF HAVING DINNER YOURSELF.
