    Haphazard management structure and decision-making
The good thingsGood learning platform for young litigators. Young litigators are able to function independently and work on files with minimal supervision.
The challengesManagement decision-making is haphazard and there is little consistency to projects launched. Direction for projects are more often than not hazy, and there is little to no boundaries between work and personal life. Environment is highly political.
