    Stressful
The good thingsflexible working hour and free to move around.
The challengestarget and expectation given regardless of employee's ability, sometimes it's not logical and hard to achieve. You get punish for not able to achieve.

Depending on your working experience, it can be a good place to start or good place to settle down
The good thingsFlexibility, working with colleagues from different locations, constant support from peers and bosses.
The challengesNeed more emphasis on people's development, no room for opportunity given to those who really excel and nonsense office politics is too much.

    good environment
The good thingsThe benefits are great and company is very generous.. Colleagues in the company are very friendly and no racism in the company.. Teamwork is great.. Although the work sometimes are quite stressful but it is only for a period of time not all the time.. Working hours are very flexible and can claim OT if allowed by the managers..
The challengesWork passe is kind of stressful but as mentioned it is on timely basis.. the more project company gets more time is needed for the task.. but overall it is good for the company to get more project because more project more bonus and more OT..

    Work Life Balance
The good thingsEnjoy Work Life Balance and well oriented management. Such a great leader/superior to deal with. All members including lower level management, middle level management and high level management has a great attitude when ever come to solve problems, hardworking and very helpful. A great company to gain knowledge and experience. Fair and transparency in terms of promotion and company benefits.
The challengesEveryone in this company are talented and have a great skills in order to deliver the output. The biggest challenges will happen when everyone is pushing the outputs with the highest quality level as per company benchmark. The competencies happen around here is in healthy ways.

The management is highly incompetent & always doesn't know what they're doing or supposed to do other than fault finding.
The good thingsPointing out to the management how incompetent they are.
The challengesTry working with irresponsible people and you'll know what sort of challenges you'll face.

Don't be fooled by the Brand Name or the rah-rah taglines
The good thingsInitially it was great until someone messed up. Neither responsible nor accountable.
The challengesAlmost everybody wants to give orders while pushing tasks around.

    Overall review
The good thingsIt felt like working with a big family, most colleagues will look out for each other. The job scope was interesting and as a newcomer, you will be given proper training and guidance on how to do your work. Facilities-wise is good, we have our own cubicles, it is air-conditioned and there is a pantry.
The challengesThere should be more communication between the higher management with the ones on the lower end of the hierarchy; management should take the opinion of their employees. Communication between the different offices (Penang office with China office) should also be improved. Salary-wise was pretty low and the amount does not match the effort we put in for the job.

The good thingsThe benefits here are good (annual leaves can be up to 20 days per year), flexibility in everyday task and working hours.
The challengesThe salary package is rather not up to expectation, limited personal career development
