Overall reviewThe good thingsIt felt like working with a big family, most colleagues will look out for each other. The job scope was interesting and as a newcomer, you will be given proper training and guidance on how to do your work. Facilities-wise is good, we have our own cubicles, it is air-conditioned and there is a pantry.
The challengesThere should be more communication between the higher management with the ones on the lower end of the hierarchy; management should take the opinion of their employees. Communication between the different offices (Penang office with China office) should also be improved. Salary-wise was pretty low and the amount does not match the effort we put in for the job.
