    Works a year and manage to off from this company. Many newcomer also receive bad implications. Use personal phone with 100++ groups What Apps and keep on 24/7 straight. Be in mind no phone allowances for this.

    The challengesManagement keep playing around with staff incentive plan (still, till a year on). All disciplinary will take action by mgt, always release memo and follow by show cause letter, makes staff think mistake came from them. Huge gap between staff & mgt. Interns pay low and expect to perform as normal staff.
