    No career advancement
    The good thingsColleagues are nice on the surface
    The challenges1. Having a degree isn't a good idea because employer said your degree has nothing to do with the Company. 2. Punctuality is a red flag because everyone is late comer. 3. No uniform nor badge provided although several months working, get blocked by guard from entering the headquarter. 4. Customer's fault but employer will issue you the so called "warning letter". 5.Branch manager have bad relationship with HR personnel, therefore HR personnel will call you to ask branch's condition instead of calling branch's main person in charge.

    The good thingsGreat place to explore your skills. Management is supportive and patience in guiding intern. Besides, the company having it own cafe that provide great quality coffee with strong coffee aroma.

    Good environment, Good Leader, Good Boss but arrogant subdivision Head
    The good thingsGood environment which provide cafe, good leader who will take care of staff, boss is friendly. Colleagues is friendly and nice, less office politic, free & easy but need to complete task on given time. Small gym room, Table pool & badminton court provided. Good if compare among some Local company.
    The challengesArrogant subdivision Head of Department, always put blame on other department, spend most of the time for meeting only. Direction not clear, schedule can simply be changed according to her wish. Research show a long marathon meeting is very unproductive & unhealthy.
