    The good thingsOverseas annual trip, international exposure working with people from many countries. Nice office environment, monthly social events. Year end gift for all employees. 3-months maternity leave.
    The challengesThe direction was not clear. Career path is quite stagnant. Employees were multi-racial but too many employees of a single rate.
