    A company with good compensation, benefits, and flexibility, but lacking transparency and fairness in performance reviews, with rapid expansion often leading to instability and layoffs.
    The good things- Good for compensation and benefits. - Flexibility
    The challenges- There is no transparency. - Expanding too quickly and laying off too many employees. - Mid-year and end-year performance reviews have too many loopholes, making it easy for people to sabotage your career. This is especially true for people managers, as their downline can review them without providing any proof or justification—relying solely on their words.

    The good thingsWork life balance comes with the work load as well. But if you manage to handle challenges, everything would be fine. Nothing much to say, such an enjoyable company ever with the free flows of gifts in every occasion.

    A right journey - A right start for your career path
    The good thingsAfter spending few years working in different countries, I chose to settle down with Bytedance - Tiktok for its vibrating and energizing environment I've earned when working here. You would feel motivated everyday by your talented colleagues who always try to deliver new innovation, new solutions to make things better inside out. For the Aim for the highest spirit, I feel like everyday I got something to challenge myself, and everyone around you is doing the same thing, which even boost your workday energy higher than you expect. And the manager is not bossing around but to be there and your partner, help you out from issues, at the bottom line, the flat-management hierarchy would make you feel being respected and valued you as a treasure. Last but not least, when we talk about benefits and perks, I would recommend this company as the best of the best. Company will even take care of you more than your "ex", gifts, bonus.... in both physical and mental perks, the company will offer to you the best.
    The challengesI couldn't even name one thing the company should improve since whatever I've got and experienced with Bytedance - Tiktok is the most valuable moment I've got until now.

    The challengesSteep learning curve. BUT, if you are ready for a challenge, this would be a right fit for you. You would definitely see yourself growing and learning something new everyday.

    The good thingsI really appreciate the family-like culture at Bytedance, I like the fact that the company's core values of respect, passion and trust are placed around the employees. Bytedance has provided Bytestyles recognition programs which employees are appreciated and recognized for their efforts in timely, specific, and appropriate ways they’ll feel more valued and motivated to continue producing great work. Besides that, Bytedance is the right workplace that champions diversity and inclusion by working in variety of languages and cultural backgrounds.
    The challengesGreat place to learn, but stress level is relatively higher. However, I've been given the new challenges and opportunity to work on a lot of projects.

    The good thingsWork-life balance, great employee management system, good communication platform even while working from home, great benefits, and frequent freebies, a lot of beneficial talks that are organized for the staff from time to time. Strong global communications, senior management always try to update the staff on the on-goings, even in other countries. Very helpful and fun colleagues, makes the working environment less stressful as well.
    The challengesAll the colleagues are so talented and skillful, sometimes feel intimidated by them, but it also makes myself better by learning from them. Fast-paced environment; expect changes constantly and must be able to adapt to changes quick.
