    Great environment, cruel boss
    The good thingsthe fellow employee are very nice and friendly no matter what their position is. Also, the benefit such as salary and bonuses are very good. The working hour is 8 to 5 and whenever you need to stay late, they'll make sure you got paid accordingly.
    The challengesThe boss, the owner of the company is someone you have to stand for everyday. A perfectionist who would not satisfy until you fix your mistakes. He always put a very high expectations to everything you do.
