    The good thingsTraditional company that requires you to clock in on time 9am-6pm, but working environment is friendly, no politics, company even prepared a relaxing area for you to have a coffee break and chit chat when you feel tired

    Poor staff benefits/welfare.
    The good thingsColleagues/friends, flexibility (only in ncc department), nothing else
    The challengesStaff only get 55 rggit for medical coverage. Wth is that. And only certain staff/dept get bonus every year. No difference between contract and permanent staff, cause theres no staff benefit here. 2 years to get into permanent position, working for 6 days a week with no benefits. Im waiting for a new job rite now!

    The good thingsThis company provide a good platform for those who would like to learn new skills and knowledge. HOD and colleague here are friendly and willing to share their experience and knowledge. Internal promotion also has been concerned here where all staff have the opportunity to be promoted to higher lever position if they are ready.

    The good thingsI have a high freedom to plan and carry out my works. The management is supportive and always extend their helping hand when I am in needs. The working environment is excellent. The office is well renovated, comfortable and cosy to work with. The colleague here are friendly and supportive. We always work as a team. All these gave me a feeling like home and a strong motivation.
    The challengesThere is still a big room to improve in term of system and processes. To enhance the training program and provide sufficient training to the ground staffs. To come out with a better customer service survey and analysis system. Lastly is to improve the communication within the organization and foster a better relationship between the management and the ground staffs

    The good thingstime flexibility, learning new stuff and meeting new client and worker. system and how to manage people, figuring out new solutions to counter the problems. meeting deadline for sales where you need to hit your sales targets to claim the commissions. Able to move around freely and also a lot of freedom.
