    The good things1. Happy working environment Everybody smile at me, from morning to night!!! Sometimes i wonder why they are so happy, i think may be their salary too high. 2. Incredible learning experience Seniors are extremely helpful. Various type of programming languages for you to learn. PHP, java, angular, perl, and etc. If you want to be a professional one leg kick engineer, tiong nam is your best choice, faster drop your resume!!! 3. Amazing leadership I am impressed by IT dept management. Excellent!!! I wish I can be like them in the future. 4. Sapu Butter skill I had worked with a good colleague who know how to sapu butter. If you need someone help you to sapu butter, please find him, confirm Shine bright like a diamond!!! 5 stars working environment, 5 stars working experience. Don't ask why i left, because I wish to share this incredible chance with you. Highly recommended!!! Dont wait, just drop your resume!!!

    The good thingsA close-knitted team who allows employees to explore, learn new things and communicated with transparencies without prejudice and judgement. A good ground to pick up experiences and complete hands-on, on projects and liaising with client by giving guidance and support.
    The challengesThe culture of the company itself. The challenges of solving warehouse daily operational hiccups and dealing with difficult cases. The Human Resources Dept needs a lot of work in actually being a HR dept. Lack of taking care of employees welfare, claims, and inability to deal with situation without being bias or emotionally judgmental.

    I been assign to become a supervisor for warehouse and I really enjoy that experience.
    The good thingsTop management that really helpful. Give us chance develop creativity. I implement myself to finish my work in exact time. If I cant fullfill the task, I will get a help from others to ensure I can make it completed and less the burden of my jobs.
    The challengesEvery problems occur must have a communicaw between 2 sides. So, if that happen, there will be no pressure or burden of stress into that matters
