Canteen food is super cheap as you can just spend RM 4 for breakfast and lunch here. Company provide uniform and shoes, so no need to think about what to wear. AL is 8 days for the first 2 years, after 2 years will increase to 12 days per year. After 5 years will be 16 - 18 days per year.
The challengesNo provide parking, employees just park their car at the roadside in front of the company. Hence, always can be late due to no parking. Working environment is bad due to air pollution inside the production. Besides, sound pollution also cannot control even work inside the office of production. Working time and rest time are following Japanese style. Sometimes need to work on weekend. Working time for this company is from 8am to 5.30om and rest time are 10am - 10.10am , 12pm - 12.30pm and 3pm - 3.10pm. Hence, cannot go out during the rest time. During working time you cannot use the canteen to refresh yourself and they don't even had pantry inside office. This company do not provide training for employees except you are engineering manager level. Increment is less. Benefits are same as others company just a little bit less compare with others company. MC max claim is RM 30 for panel clinic, cannot claim if you go to others clinic. Dental claim can only claim RM 100 each person per year. No spectacles claim.
